Some useful shortcuts in Microsoft PowerPoint that can enhance your productivity ??:
General Shortcuts
- Ctrl + N: Create a new presentation.
- Ctrl + O: Open an existing presentation.
- Ctrl + S: Save the current presentation.
- F12 or Ctrl + Shift + S: Save As.
- Ctrl + P: Print the presentation.
- Ctrl + Z: Undo the last action.
- Ctrl + Y: Redo the last undone action.
- Ctrl + W or Ctrl + F4: Close the current presentation.
Slide Navigation
- Page Down/Up or Down/Up Arrow: Move to the next/previous slide.
- Home: Go to the first slide.
- End: Go to the last slide.
- Ctrl + M: Insert a new slide.
- Ctrl + D: Duplicate the selected slide.
- Ctrl + Shift + Up/Down Arrow: Move the selected slide up or down in the slide order.

Presentation Mode
- F5: Start the slideshow from the beginning.
- Shift + F5: Start the slideshow from the current slide.
- Esc: End the slideshow.
- B: Toggle screen to black during a slideshow.
- W: Toggle screen to white during a slideshow.
- Ctrl + L: Hide the pointer and navigation button in slideshow mode.
- Ctrl + A: Show the pointer in slideshow mode.
- Ctrl + P: Change the pointer to a pen during the slideshow.
- Ctrl + E: Change the pointer to an eraser during the slideshow.
View and Zoom
- Alt + W, Q: Open the Zoom dialog box to change the zoom level.
