Probability Quest: a cozy adventure through chance

You are a tiny statistician-adventurer exploring the magical world of Probability Quest. The world is divided into two big regions:

  1. The Discrete Isles (early levels)
  2. The Continuous Continents (later levels)

Act 1 – Discrete Isles

  1. Bernoulli / Coin Flip Island
  2. Discrete Uniform Meadow
  3. Binomial Archipelago (Part 1: small n)
  4. Binomial Archipelago (Part 2: larger n and shape changes)
  5. Geometric Island (waiting for first success)
  6. Negative Binomial Valley (waiting for r successes)
  7. Poisson Forest (counting rare events)
  8. Hypergeometric Mines (sampling without replacement)
  9. Multinomial Marketplace
  10. Discrete Boss: “The Counting King” (mix of several discrete distributions)

Act 2 – Continuous Continents
11. Uniform Plains
12. Exponential Rapids
13. Normal Mountain Range – Base Camp (introduction to the bell curve)
14. Normal Mountain Range – Peak (mean & standard deviation control)
15. Normal Mountain Range – Empiric Ridge (68-95-99.7 rule)
16. Student’s t Foothills
17. Chi-Square Hills
18. F-Distribution Cliffs
19. Gamma & Beta Valleys
20. Continuous Boss: “The Curve Colossus” (mix of continuous distributions + Central Limit Theorem challenge)
